Hiya Guys,

Just had a chat with a chap who will convert your BLISS (fixed box type) to a straight stem.

The straight stem will have a stand added as optional and will have a Garret pinpoint holster mount
To allow you to have your pinpointer at hand, there will also be two small anchor points (right & left side)
to allow use of the bungee.

The BLISS.control box will not be breached so no worries about tne warranty.

The top section will fit all BLISS middle stems and if wanted the middle zections can be provided at extrs cost.

If this is what you want then you will be very pleased with the end product.

All this for £65 including postage.

And £90 for the travel kit inc P+P

There will also be this straight stem option for the new hipmount models for the same price as above (£65)

Any one interested in having this fixed box conversion please let me know.

HH!

Sounds good Daryn, regarding middle sections will this make the bliss more compact, it's just when I take mine abroad I can't get it in my hand luggage because the sections are quite long.

Hiya Calab,

I am sure it would be possibility if requested for him to offer the option to split the middle stem and top section for travelling.
Instead of having 2x 24" sections, the zections could possibly be halved so you would have 5 piece stem at a slightly increased price of say £25 (total £90 ) optional.

Standard conversion. (fron s shape to straight srem, fixed control box )= £65 inc P+P
Hipmount conversion (from s shape to straight stem) £65 inc P+P

Travel conversion for both = £90 inc P+P

Just checked with the tape measure, the middle sections are ok the top section measures 25inches from box to locking nut I just need it reducing by 4 inches if maybe the new straight stem could be adapted with this in mind I'd have one off you, my hand luggage is the max size you can get on a Ryan air flight, measurements = D 9"xW14"xL20".
See what you can come up with Daryn nice one.
Regards Dean.

Yes mate, this is what we/he is working on.

To have a fixed control box to stem or the option to be able to split the top section into 2.

Firstly, is this conversion still available?

If so, is there any chance of a photograph showing the straight stem (with control box in place) being posted?

So Daryn, you were distracted - all I can say is put that woman down .

Thanks for your comment. Presumably the same holds good for the content of your other thread of 24th May "Upgraded & hip-mountable, they're here".

Trusting that you are getting back to good health,
